Restaurant Technology

Software for restaurants and restaurant groups that brings every order, from the counter, your website, delivery apps and the phone, into your POS and kitchen as one stream.

Everything we build reads the menu, prices and stock from your POS, so a change made there reaches every channel.

For guests

  • Online orderingYour own ordering website, with pickup and delivery times.
  • Ordering appAn iOS and Android app that shares the menu and account with your website.
  • Delivery appsMarketplace orders sent straight into the POS, with menus and stock kept current.
  • LoyaltyPoints, offers and gift cards, where your POS or a separate platform provides them.

For your restaurant

  • POS integrationMenu, prices, options and stock synced, and orders sent in with the right payment type.
  • Kitchen screensOrders routed to the right station, with ticket timing, and screens that keep working offline.
  • Multi-location menusOne master menu with prices, hours and availability set per location.
  • ReportingSales by location and channel from one set of numbers, matched to deposits.

We use AI to take orders when staff are busy. The menu, prices, stock and tax always come from your POS.

  • Phone ordering

Answers calls, takes the order from the live menu with options and substitutions, reads it back and sends it to the POS.

  • Chat ordering

The same ordering on your website, by text message or in messaging apps.

  • Call transcripts

Every order conversation is written down, so a disputed order can be checked and the assistant improved.

What AI does not do: add items that are not on the menu, change prices, or handle complaints and refunds. Those go to a member of staff, with the order so far attached.

Using something else? If your POS has a published API for menus and orders, we can usually connect to it.

Restaurant systems

  • POS platforms
  • Kitchen display screens

  • Loyalty and gift cards

Have a question that is not here? Send it with the form below and an engineer will reply within one business day.

Which POS systems do you work with?

Any POS with a published API for menus and orders. If your POS does not have one, we tell you at the start and plan around it.

What happens when the internet drops?

Kitchen screens keep working on the local network and catch up when the connection returns. Online and delivery orders wait in a queue, and the phone assistant tells callers the store cannot take orders for now.

How are refunds handled?

Each refund goes back through the gateway or delivery app that took the payment, and is recorded against the original order in the POS, so reports and deposits still agree.

Can the phone assistant handle options and substitutions?

Yes. It works from the POS menu, so it knows which options apply to which items and what they cost. If a caller asks for something the menu does not allow, it offers the closest option or passes the call to staff.

Are calls recorded?

Transcripts are kept for checking disputes and improving the assistant. Whether audio is kept, and what callers are told, is set per brand to match your legal requirements.

Can we start with one channel?

Yes. Most groups start with the POS integration and one channel, usually online ordering or the phone assistant, at one location. Other channels follow once that is working.
